If an item is back ordered, it may take longer to be delivered. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery date for back ordered items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned items.
